Strength training

We prefer to work with our own body weight. We incorporate functional training and “primal movement” for structural strengthening. We are also happy to offer calisthenics for beginners. You will experience how discipline and hard work can bring you to unimagined strength.

Self defense

You will be surprised how much fun learning martial arts can be. Train how to protect yourself. Previous knowledge is not required. The training is suitable for everyone. Beginners are trained in their skills accordingly. They are introduced to very simple but efficient techniques for self-protection in a very relaxed manner.
